Melissa Landsmann
Infrastructure | Human ResourcesMelissa Landsmann brings over 12 years of extensive HR experience, primarily in the consulting, finance, insurance and staffing industries. Melissa’s prior experience as an HR Director at a finance and accounting consulting firm, as a Consultant at DaimlerChrysler Financial Services as well as her HR consulting experience while in the staffing industry have given her experience in all aspects relating to the human capital of an organization including compensation, benefits, strategic staffing, employee relations, and internal client relationships.
Throughout her career, Melissa has lead the human resources and administrative services functions, ensuring that employees have the resources necessary to create organizations that are culture- and customer-focused. In addition to her HR experience, Melissa worked in the business-to-business marketing departments of two major corporate travel companies, leading these departments in designing, creating and delivering business development materials to potential and existing customers.
Melissa is a member of the national Society of Human Resource Management as well as an active member and volunteer within the local chapter of the Greater Valley Forge Human Resources Association. Certified a Senior Professional in Human Resources by the Human Resources Certification Institute, Melissa earned a Master’s degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix, King of Prussia, PA, campus. In addition, she graduated from Cabrini College with a bachelor’s degree in English/communications and psychology. |
